Alice – 80mm Nocturna Models

Let’s start with the Alice’s Wip, model of the 80mm series from Nocturna Models.
The model is printed in resin and is really well done, no bubble appears on the surface.
After cleaned the pieces I tried a dry assembly and with surprise every piece fits perfectly. Only a few small grouting makes the model perfect.
After the washing ritual I paint the whole model with gray primer Mr Surfacer 1000, then move on to the basic paint with tamiya and vallejo colors.
On the Alice I gave him a hand of flesh Tamiya with airbrush, while clothes and apron are coloured with vallejo. For the base with the mushroom I used only Tamiya’s color with airbrush.
I then started to color skin, hair and clothes with oil paints, trying to create the shadows and highlights as best I could …
Unfortunately I am not yet very experienced in this technique and tests are wasted …: D
See you soon with more news …

A presto con nuove news…
